David is the co-founder and operations partner behind the daily operations and special programs of The Lamp including ‘Lamp Lunch’, ‘Lamp Lunch Essentials’, ‘Five Loaves, Two Fish Project’, ‘Light of Christmas’, and the leader of Marriage Monday.

Ana Brown
Ana joined our team in February of 2019 with an eagerness to see changes in the lives of every individual we encounter. Whether through the serving or delivering of meals, or a friendly conversation, Ana continues to touch the lives of others with her smile and compassion.

Ana’s passion lies in helping others connect with the necessary resources to live a fulfilling and impactful life. Professionally, Ana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has worked with nonprofit organizations that assist military members and their families as well as those experiencing homelessness.
Karen Conquest
Karen is the busiest woman you will meet! However, she always creates the time to Be A Lamp in the community with a heart to support in any way possible. We are honored that Karen has been serving alongside us for 3 years and counting
