We had an amazing time at THE BEST LIFE Health and Wellness Fair today. We provided a cooking demo to identify 'Healthy Alternatives to Family Style Meals" and the secret to our Vegan Lasagna! Everyone raved about their sample and most importantly, walked away with the tools to prepare this exciting meal for their families.
